Refund policy
1. Digital product
A licence is a digital product delivered right after payment.
2. If it does not work
If the licence does not work on your server because of a fault we cannot fix, we refund the order in full.
3. How to ask
Write to the contact address in the footer within 7 days of the purchase, with your order reference.
4. Payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card. A licence can be revoked after a chargeback.
